We were established in January 1991 as a Limited Company for over 25 years, and operated from 1983 – 1991 as a sole trader.

Based on Station Road on the outskirts of Lincoln, we have over 60 employees and are one of Lincolnshire’s largest mechanical and plumbing companies, with a turnover of over £10 million.

The company has grown year on year, even throughout the recession years. Our growth has been managed and controlled with a philosophy of an excellent service and flexibility, changing to our client’s needs. We always take a long term view and therefore retaining our client base. With an emphasis on aftersales service we directly employ our staff giving us the control and flexibility our client’s needs. This sets us aside from our competitors.

We have over 45 vans and our office is constantly manned during working hours. We offer to our clients a callout service, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year and carry out work within Lincolnshire and surrounding areas (approximately 1-2 hours travel time).

The value of contracts/small works we carry out are works ranging from £50.00 to £5,000,000.00, and the types of contracts/small works range from a tap washer to a large mechanical installation.

We have an office staffed with over 13 full time people, including mechanical design engineers, estimators, 5 contracts managers/maintenance managers andsupport staff.
